Refund Policy

This Credit America Refund Policy Agreement (“Refund Policy”) is between you (“Client”) and Credit America, its past, present, or future parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, assignees, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (whether acting in their corporate or individual capacity) (“Credit America,” “we” or “us”), with a principal place of business at 201 Main St, 6th Fl, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Notwithstanding any language in the Refund Policy to the contrary, the Refund Policy has the same effect as an agreement in writing and governs your use of this site and its content and redirects (the “Website”), your engagement of Credit America’s services, your request that Credit America contact you about its credit services, your participation in Credit America’s Text Message Program, and/or your engagement in Credit America’s additional services. Credit America’s “Text Message Program” includes sending text message(s) to Credit America and/or receiving text message(s) from Credit America. The Refund Policy applies where applicable in all Credit America master agreements.

BY USING THE WEBSITE, ENGAGING CREDIT AMERICA’S SERVICES, REQUESTING THAT CREDIT AMERICA CONTACT YOU ABOUT ITS CREDIT SERVICES, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN CREDIT AMERICA’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE REFUND POLICY.

Credit America’s Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) stipulates explicitly that a full refund (“Full Refund”) of payments, not including any fees associated with any and all payments to any third-party administrator and/or servicer, or third-party service in conjuction with Credit America’s services, is applicable when and where no deletions or status modifications have occurred to any negative accounts or items of information or otherwise inaccurate information on, at a minimum, one of Client’s credit files with any of the three primary consumer reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax: “Primary CRAs”). The Refund Policy stipulates explicitly that a Full Refund where applicable under the Refund Policy will not be issued automatically; the Full Refund may be requested by our Client within 365 days of engaging Credit America’s services: identified as the first date which any client agreement has been signed by you and us, all requested documents for your account activation have been received by us, and any associated fees we charge for those services have been received by us. Upon review of Client’s internal files with Credit America and Client’s credit files with the Primary CRAs, the Full Refund will be processed if applicable under the Refund Policy. Credit America holds no responsibility for any and all additional payments, including any fees associated with any and all additional payments, made to third-party companies or services in conjunction with Credit America’s services. 

Credit America’s Refund Policy applies to your use of Credit America’s website, all services provided by us, your request that Credit America contact you about its credit services, and/or your participation in Credit America’s Text Message Program, and its terms are made a part of the Refund Policy. By using Credit America’s website, engaging our services, requesting that Credit America contact you about its credit services, and/or participating in Credit America’s Text Message Program, you acknowledge you have reviewed Credit America’s Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
